    To develop in learners the ability to summarize, formulate, and evaluate administrative principles, programs, and procedures for the church/Christian organization and to be able to conduct basic academic research on the subject of administration from a Christian leadership perspective.

    To develop in learners the ability to summarize, formulate, and evaluate the leadership and management theories applicable to their leadership responsibilities as well as to conduct basic research on the subject of management and leadership theory; and to provide learners the opportunity to demonstrate their desire for self-development as leaders as well as the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to the development of leadership skills of those within their sphere of influence.

    To seriously introduce research as a Christian endeavor laying a foundation for critical thinking, from a biblical perspective, that will equip learners to interact with a variety of topics in theological, historical, and social-science-related fields as they consider potential final writing project topics.

    To survey the basic doctrines of the Bible in the areas of bibliology, theology proper, angelology, anthropology, and hamartiology.
